The standard king room with a separate working table and the facilities were useful, plus the interior was comfortable.

It is a good quality property located in Al Sulimania district not far from the commercial centre as well as restaurant.

The staff was super helpful arranging taxis for me, which saved me a lot of hassle. My room had everything I needed - a mini-fridge, an electric kettle for my coffee fix, and air conditioning that was a real lifesaver in the heat. 🌬️ I definitely appreciated those little comforts!

Driveway to Basement is narrow and dangerous

Well-run and absolutely fantastic place. Excellent staff in their service to provide towels and stuff. A huge variety of options for breakfast, fabulous fresh bread, cereals, cakes, fruit. the rooms with a separate working table.

Like the hotel name" best western plus" it is really good for business person. Breakfast is excellent, hotel is rather new, and the reception gentleman named " Jamal" gave me a great help. People is very kind, everything is good.

The location is a little bit hard to find for Taxi Driver, there are two many bad taxi drivers in Riyadh and Jeddah airports, they will charge you double, triple and even more...please be careful, I have experienced it Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah airport, very bad memory.

Breakfast was ok, evening meal was not. Service was dreadful, the food even worse. I actually left the dining room to go and buy Burger King. I would like to stay there again but I tell you right now, food that bad again and I would not return. Room cleanliness was of a reasonable standard but nowhere near good standard.

This place was amazing with its central location near Slipstream Sculpture, though a few employees were not very responsible.

The location of this hotel was very good. It was very near to all my business point. Also its a new hotel so look nice to call people for the meeting. If the rates are fine may be i will stay in future also.

I had a complain that the room number 503 in which i was staying its mirror glass was broken. Its not safe for the customer to stay in that kind of room. I had informed the management of the hotel to take care of this. On the very first place they didn't hove to give me that room if it was not in order.
